Online classes can help accommodate the busy life of a student. Although, online classes can be flexible it also means they will need to make sure they have some sort of structured daily schedule in order to be successful in an online community. I learned that many students might struggle while other thrive when it comes to online classes. Overall, we as instructors should be monitoring student success and engagement throughout our course can help us identify and change our way of teaching an online course! 

Providing meaningful feedback is imperative to the students learning and retention of the material being taught.

Posting a biography of myself as well as having the students post one of their own is a great way for the teacher and students to learn about each other as well as allow them to possibly have some interest in common that allows the students and teacher to be more engaging with each other.

This module provides many resources for the instructor to be able to better teach the students in ways that help them learn the material in a manner that resonates with them. I plan to utilize information from this module to teach the students in a way that makes them want to engage in the material they are learning and enjoy doing so.

It may be challenging for students to keep up in online learning, but being involved and attentive is highly helpful. the importance of encouraging students to participate

It is important to learn the students learning styles and adapt to each of them

It is important for you to write a short biography of yourself and encourage your students to do the same, while making the policies and syllabus understandable

With online learning it is important to be organized and concise, with everything laid out appropriately and easily accessible

I learned that we as educators should always be flexible and learn to adapt in our instruction. Every class will require different methods of teaching. Therefore, student feedback, engagement, disengagement, and participation can help us educators stay on top of things!

I learned consistancy is what students like, it makes it eaiser for instructional guidance and student navigation through the online course.
